- Senior: 3+ years of hands-on WordPress plugin development experience

Requirements
- Strong proficiency in WordPress & WooCommerce (Hooks, filters, REST API, Meta data, Custom post types).
- Excellent understanding of PHP OOP principles and common design patterns.
- Comfortable working with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
- Basic experience using Git for version control
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate clearly and work well in a team environment
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
- Experience with Gutenberg block development
- Basic understanding of ReactJS
- Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools, including CLI-based AI tools like Codex CLI and Claude Code (a big plus)
- Experience building custom Admin UI using Tailwind, Bootstrap, or similar

NextCode Solutions is looking for Senior and Mid-Level WordPress Plugin Developers to join our on-site team in Rajshahi. If you’re passionate about WordPress plugin development and want to work on real products used by global customers, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new WordPress plugins following best practices
- Maintain and improve existing plugins, including bug fixes and performance enhancements
- Build new features and extensions for existing plugins
- Collaborate with designers, front-end developers, and other team members to deliver seamless user experiences
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to WordPress & WooCommerce plugins
