Responsibilities & Context:

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Support Supervisor / Executive (Night Shift) to lead and support our night-shift technical support operations. The role involves supervising the support team, resolving complex technical issues, and ensuring high-quality customer service for enterprise-level clients.

Job Responsibilities

  • Supervise, guide, and motivate the night-shift technical support team.

  • Provide enterprise-level technical support to restaurants and takeaway partners.

  • Troubleshoot system, website, order flow, and integration-related technical issues.

  • Handle customer enquiries, escalations, and complaints professionally and efficiently.

  • Ensure timely resolution of issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

  • Train customers on ChefOnline products, dashboards, and services.

  • Monitor team performance against defined KPIs and SLAs.

  • Provide regular feedback, coaching, and performance improvement guidance to team members.

  • Prepare shift reports and escalate critical issues to management when required.

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and service standards.

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) from a recognised university.

Professional Certifications:

  • Google IT Support Professional Certificate– Preferred

Communication Requirements:

  • English proficiency equivalent to IELTS 7.5 in each module (Listening, Reading, Writing, Speaking).
