Key Responsibilities:
• Generate leads for software products and IT services through calls, emails, social media, and online platforms
• Communicate with potential clients to understand their business needs
• Arrange meetings, product demos, and follow-ups with prospects
• Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations
• Maintain client data and sales pipeline in CRM or Excel
• Coordinate with technical and delivery teams for requirement understanding
• Support senior team members in closing deals
• Meet assigned sales targets and KPIs
