Responsibilities & Context:

Position Overview

Stardust Telecom Ltd. is seeking an Executive IT - To provide comprehensive IT support across hardware, software, networking, and system applications, ensuring smooth operational service, timely resolution of technical issues, and strong alignment with organizational IT standards.

Key Accountabilities & Activities

Technical Support & Troubleshooting

  • Screen IT tickets and resolve user issues promptly and accurately.
  • Provide support for computers, printers, scanners, CCTV, DVR/NVR, email, PABX, and networking systems.

Competencies Required:

  • Diagnostic & analytical skills
  • Problem-solving ability
  • Customer service orientation

IT Infrastructure & Network Management

  • Maintain networking, hardware, software, and infrastructure systems.
  • Configure Mikrotik routers and manage Apple device support.
  • Install, support, and maintain server hardware/software.

  • Hardware/software knowledge
  • Security awareness

System Administration

  • Set up user accounts, permissions, and passwords.
  • Monitor network usage, system performance, and IT policies.
  • Ensure timely Windows patches and system updates.

IT Training & Coordination

  • Provide technical training and support to employees with varying IT knowledge levels.
  • Ensure smooth communication with infrastructure and application teams to deliver services on time.

Documentation, Reporting & Inventory

  • Maintain IT asset inventory, monitoring tools, reports, and documentation.
