• Bachelor of Science (BSc)
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service, Artificial Intelligence (AI) Startup, Business-to-Business (B2B) Software and Services Startup
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

• Age 24 to 29 years

• Proven experience managing multiple social media platforms.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising and social media algorithms.
• Ability to create and edit short-form and long-form content (video, photo, graphics).
• Basic knowledge of Python, SQL, or API integration (AI API experience is a plus).
• Comfortable using AI tools for marketing automation.
• Fluent in English (speaking and writing).
• Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
• Education & Experience
• 1–2 years of social media management experience preferred, but strong portfolios from freshers will be considered.
• No automotive industry experience required — we’ll train you.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, schedule, and manage social media content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Develop and execute campaigns to drive engagement, leads, and sales.
• Work with our creative team to produce images, videos, and ad creatives following our brand guidelines.
• Use tools like Ayrshare, Meta Business Suite, and other schedulers to streamline posting.
• Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align campaigns with company goals.
• Leverage AI tools (including ChatGPT) for content generation, captions, hashtags, and ad copy.
• Integrate social media with our internal software, CRM, and automation tools.
• Suggest improvements to workflows, strategies, and content performance based on analytics.
