Job Context

We are an Australia-based automotive company operating in Sydney. We are looking for a smart, tech-focused, and detail-oriented Python Automation Executive to join our team full time at our Banasree, Dhaka office.

The main requirement for this position is strong knowledge of Python, Computer Science, automation, and AI tools. The candidate should also have intermediate-level knowledge of accounting, Australian Tax, GST, and vehicle import-related documentation.

The selected candidate will work on automating accounting, reporting, GST/tax, and vehicle import-related tasks while also supporting company accounts and operational records.

Candidates with previous work experience in an Australian company will get preference.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop Python-based automation for accounting, reporting, and operational tasks.

• Automate repetitive tasks related to invoices, vehicle costing, import records, and financial reports.

• Use AI tools to improve workflow, reporting, documentation, data analysis, and task automation.

• Support day-to-day company accounts and financial record management.

• Assist with Australian Tax, GST, BAS-related documents, and reporting support.

• Maintain vehicle import-related records, invoices, costing sheets, and compliance documents.

• Prepare financial reports, expense tracking, and profit/loss summaries.

• Work with the management team to improve internal systems and reporting processes.

• Ensure proper documentation, data accuracy, and timely reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Business, or any relevant field.

• Strong knowledge of Python programming.

• Good understanding of Computer Science fundamentals.

• Ability to build automation scripts and work with data.

• Familiar with AI tools and able to use them for workflow improvement, automation, reporting, and documentation.

• Intermediate knowledge of accounting principles.

• Intermediate understanding of Tax and GST-related tasks.

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

• Good English communication skills.

• Must be responsible, detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn.

Preferred Skills

• Previous work experience with an Australian company.

• Knowledge of Australian Tax, GST, BAS, and financial reporting.

• Experience with accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB, or similar platforms.

• Experience in automotive business, vehicle import, dealership accounts, or logistics-related work.

• Ability to create dashboards, reports, and workflow automation tools.

• Basic understanding of APIs, web automation, data scraping, or database management will be an advantage.
