CARBARN is looking for a smart, responsible, and proactive Operations Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who can efficiently manage daily operational tasks, support internal workflows, and contribute technical skills to improve business processes.

We are looking for a candidate with a Computer Science / CSE background, good knowledge of Python, and strong interest in AI automation and workflow improvement. The ideal person should be organized, detail-oriented, technically capable, and ready to work in a fast-paced automotive business environment.

Working Hours

8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the company’s daily operational activities efficiently

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth daily workflow

• Maintain operational records, reports, and regular updates

• Monitor ongoing tasks and ensure proper execution

• Assist in improving internal processes and overall efficiency

• Use Python for basic automation, reporting, workflow support, and process optimization

• Assist in developing simple internal tools, scripts, or dashboards to improve productivity

• Work closely with the technical team on process automation and system improvement initiatives

• Contribute to operationally focused software enhancement tasks when needed

• Support the implementation of AI-based automation tools to improve daily operations and reduce manual work

• Help automate repetitive business tasks using Python, n8n, OpenClaw, Claude, OpenAI Agent Builder, and similar AI workflow tools

• Assist in using AI for reporting, task tracking, communication support, data organization, and internal process efficiency

• Explore practical ways to improve workflows using AI automation, software tools, and smart operational systems

Requirements

• Graduate in Computer Science / CSE or related field

• Good knowledge of Python

• Familiarity with AI automation tools and workflow platforms such as n8n, OpenClaw, Claude, OpenAI Agent Builder, or similar tools will be a strong advantage

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Good organizational and multitasking abilities

• Ability to manage replies, coordination, and follow-ups professionally

• Basic understanding of operational processes

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace will be an advantage
