∎ Bachelor/ Masters in any discipline from any recognised university/ institution
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Onboards factories ensuring service contracts and creating access to training platforms
∎ Builds and manages business relationships with current and potential clients / factories
∎ Facilitates training on different components of general fire safety management, soft skills and safeguarding
∎ Assists team members in safety audits, factory visits and visit report development
∎ Conducts field visits for evaluating implemented activities and prepares, analyses all relevant reports and documentations as required by the supervisor
∎ Assists curricula development and manual development initiatives for the social compliance team and development project team
∎ Assists in developing business cases, concept notes, proposal (e.g. decent work and OSH Strategy), reports, budgets etc.
∎ Ensures the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation
∎ Practices, promotes and endorses the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follows the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 03 years' experience in compliance audit, training and development activities for RMG Sector
∎ Working experience with BRAND and Compliance Audit Firm is required
∎ Have an understanding on socio-economic context of the country
∎ Have a good understanding about the industry needs in social compliance domain
∎ Have basic level of skills in training manual development and delivering training programmes
∎ Have an excellent level of people skills to deal with clients/ participants from the RMG sectors
∎ Excellent computer applications skills including MS Office (particularly Word and Excel, Power Point)
∎ Good communication skill in both English and Bangla
∎ Excellent skills in organising, monitoring and data management
