Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline with no Third Division/ Class in any academic career from reputed university.
4-6 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity operations, incident response, or network security preferably working in banking/ financial institutions.
Experience of working in Business/ CBS Support Team working with General Banking, Loans & Advance, and Trade Module will be an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM tools, and endpoint protection systems.
Familiarity with cybersecurity standards and frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and CERT best practices.
Professional certifications such as CEH, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent will be considered an advantage.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Job Context
The Bank is looking for a competent and enthusiastic professional to join its Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT) under the Information Technology Division. The incumbent will be responsible for monitoring, detecting, analyzing, and responding to cybersecurity incidents to ensure the security and stability of the Bank’s information systems and digital assets.
Key Responsibilities:
Continuously monitor IT systems, network traffic, and security alerts for anomalies or potential threats.
Investigate and respond to cybersecurity incidents in a structured and timely manner.
Perform root cause analysis and prepare detailed incident reports with recommendations.
Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and coordinate mitigation activities.
Support the deployment and optimization of cybersecurity monitoring tools and controls.
Participate in cyber drills, incident simulations, and awareness programs.
Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory standards.
