Responsibilities & Context:
Responsibilities
Portfolio Acquisition: Acquire SME loan portfolio based on cash flow capacity, including both collateral-free and collateral-backed loans.
Portfolio Management: Manage and monitor existing SME loan portfolio to ensure quality and performance.
Renewal & Payment Management: Ensure timely submission of renewal proposals and monitor timely repayment of installments.
Deposit Mobilization: Acquire SME deposits by opening and maintaining transactional accounts.
Business Development: Explore and identify new business opportunities within the assigned area.
Documentation: Complete and maintain proper loan documentation in compliance with bank policies.
Target Achievement: Meet assigned business budgets and performance targets.
