Minimum 2–5 years of experience in SME Credit / SME CRM.
Strong analytical and financial assessment skills.
Good understanding of SME loan products and credit risk policies.
Ability to analyze financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow).
Mandatory proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of relevant circulars issued by Bangladesh Bank.
Sound decision-making capability in SME financing.
Responsibilities & Context:
Mutual Trust Bank PLC (MTB) is seeking experienced professionals for the position of SME Credit Analyst under Credit Risk Management. The role focuses on credit assessment, financial analysis, portfolio monitoring, and supporting business units in SME financing decisions.
Responsibilities:
Conduct initial assessment of credit proposals.
Perform client visits for business and financial verification.
Prepare and analyze financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow).
Provide recommendations for sanction approval.
Conduct portfolio review and monitoring.
Support people development and provide training to Branch Relationship Managers (RMs).
