Able to interact well with junior-level customers on technical solution, project plan, and project progress.
Understand basic TCP/IP concept; understand the working principles of OSPF, VRRP protocols; understand the working principle of switches/routers/firewall.
Require use office software---Word, Excel, Powerpoint
Good team spirit, able to work independently and also able to deliver jobs within night schedule.
Take the role of wireless network planning/optimization delivery, take the lead in completing network planning and optimization, and be responsible for the formulation and successful implementation of project planning and optimization solutions. (Optional)
Responsibilities & Context:
Be familiar with the carrier`s network structure
Know the PS/EPC/IMS/CS Core network structure..
Effectively communicate with medium/technical customers or internal personnel about technical solutions, project plans, and progresses and ensure customer satisfaction so that are no valid complaints from internal and external customers.
Require good English communicate ability
Require Identify delivery risks in projects in advance.
