Must have at least 3 years of relevant working experience in any reputed NGO.

 Knowledge of program implementation skills.

 Basic computer skills in MS Office, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.

 Rohingya Camp-level working experience will be highly preferred.



Responsibilities & Context:

Jagorani Chakra Foundation (JCF) is a national voluntary social welfare organization. JCF is implementing Rohingya children adolescents aged 3-18 receive gender-responsive, quality, inclusive education through the Myanmar curriculum and early childhood development & Skills Development in the Rohingya refugee response, Cox’s Bazar Districts (ERC) Project supported by UNICEF. To ensure the quality implementation of the project, JCF intends to recruit project staff for this position from qualified candidates of Bangladeshi nationals.

Job Responsibility :

 Conduct and coordinate day-to-day field activities for successful implementation of Adolescent Project Activities, especially vocational trade base training and life skills for Rohingya and Host community adolescents' boys and girls.

 Ensure financial and administrative support for smooth and successful implementation of field activities within the stipulated timeframe.

 Liaison and communication with different stakeholders at camp and host levels like CiC, Site Management, Mazhi, other implementing actors, local-level community, local government authorities, etc.

 Ensure all the project activities are carried out according to work plan deliverables, following organizational procedures, and with quality.

 Plan, organize and conduct different pieces of training, workshops, communication, outreach events, etc.

 Regular and routine visits at the different MPCs in camp and host level.

 Ensure and support monitoring of the progress of field activities and ensure timely submission of technical reports to the Center Managers (CM)/Training Officers (TO).

 Ensure maintenance of electronic and hardcopy files, documents of the project, and grantees.

 Ensure equitable access for adolescent girls, children with disabilities, and other marginalized groups to training, mentoring, and employment opportunities.

 Engage employers and partners to adopt inclusive workplace approach, ensure safe working environments, and maintain OHS compliance.

 Promote positive role models and visibility of young women entrepreneurs and professionals, fostering gender-transformative social norms.

 Ensure all interventions adhere to Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) and child safeguarding standards.



Job Other Benifits:

    Consolidated Tk. 32,960 per month and other admissible benefits as per organizational policy as well as the project.
