Responsibilities & Context:

Key Responsibilities

1. Supervise daily construction activities and monitor work progress.

2. Ensure all works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.

3. Coordinate and supervise the activities of laborers, masons, and subcontractors.

4. Ensure the quality of construction works and the proper use of construction materials.

5. Carry out construction measurements, maintain the Measurement Book (MB), and prepare required site reports.

6. Ensure site safety and proper housekeeping.

7. Receive, inspect, store, and control construction materials at the project store.

8. Maintain accurate records of material receipt, issue, return, and stock balance.

9. Maintain and update the Store Register, Stock Register, Goods Received Note (GRN), Challans, and other relevant documents.

10. Conduct regular stock verification and promptly report any shortages, damages, or discrepancies to the Project Manager.

11. Perform any other technical, supervisory, store-related, or administrative duties assigned by the Project Manager or Management.
