Responsible for:
Support implementation of MEAL plans, logframes, and indicator tracking tools.
Conduct routine monitoring visits, spot checks, and post-distribution monitoring (PDM).
Ensure systematic data collection, verification, cleaning, and entry using approved tools.
Support baseline, endline, and periodic assessments
Data Management, Analysis and Reporting.
Maintain project databases and ensure data quality, accuracy, and completeness.
Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends and gaps
Prepare regular monitoring reports and data summaries
Accountability to Affected Population (AAP).
Support community feedback and complaint response mechanisms (FCRM)
Ensure feedback is recorded, tracked, and responded to on time
Conduct community consultations and satisfaction surveys
Learning and Knowledge Management:
Document lessons learned, best practices, and success stories
Support learning and reflection meetings
Other Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with donor guidelines and organizational MEAL frameworks
Support audits, evaluations, and assessments as required
Perform any other relevant duties assigned by the supervisor
Activities:
Ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality MEAL support to assigned projects
Support evidence-based decision-making through regular data analysis and reporting
Ensure the effective functioning of accountability and feedback mechanisms
Maintain close coordination with programme, technical, and support teams
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Social Science, Statistics, Development Studies, Public Health, or a related field
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant MEAL or monitoring experience
Experience with NGOs or donor-funded projects is preferred
Required Experience:
Skill and Competencies:
Strong analytical and data management skills • Experience with data collection tools (Kobo, ODK, or similar) • Good report writing and communication skills • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
