Experience:
Bachelor’s in business/ BSc in Pharma/ any relevant discipline.
A minimum of 4-8 years of experience with pharmaceutical companies or health services-based organizations is preferred.
Experience in FMCG, Telco, and MFS will be an added advantage.

Position Summary: The Deputy Manager-Revenue will support the Revenue and Clinic Operations function in driving business growth and sustainability across SHN clinics/ health facilities and pharmacies. The position is responsible for identifying revenue performance barriers, analyzing key business indicators, tracking growth initiatives, and supporting evidence-based actions to improve clinic revenue performance. The role requires extensive field visits, close coordination with the concerned HQ representatives and timely reporting to management to strengthen operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and overall performance of the clinic.
Relationships: Report to Deputy General Manager, Revenue and Clinic Operations
Major interactions: Departmental Head, Marketing, Finance & Accounts, and Clinic Managers, Pharmacy In-charge
Job Responsibilities:
In person and remotely connect with clinics and pharmacies, observe and guide business/ service operations management at the local level and take initiatives to address issues that are critical for clinics revenue performance.
Coordinate with HR and relevant departments to fill up vacancies in Clinics.
Analyze performance data for management review and action.
Work in collaboration with service quality, marketing, and operations, legal, and procurement teams to provide necessary support to clinics in the area of service quality, new initiatives, cost containment, promotion and timely supplies respectively, to achieve the common goal of business growth.
Assist unit head to deliver daily/ weekly/ monthly/ quarterly/ yearly analytics on key business indicators to management.
Raise flags on local-level issues of sensitive nature.
Carry out the others duties as assigned by the supervisor.
