Experience:

Diploma in Medical Technology completed from any institute approved by BTEB or The State Medical Faculty of Bangladesh.

• Strong knowledge of sample collection, preparation, and testing procedures.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office applications.

• Willingness to work in shifts and remote locations if required.

• Experience in clinical data recording and reporting.

To fulfill this objective and to provide services to the government health project in Dhaka, Surjer Hashi Network invites applications from competent and potential talents for the above-mentioned position.        

Conducting the following tests:

• Complete Blood Count (CBC), Bleeding Time (BT), Clotting Time (CT).

• Routine Urine Examination (RME).

• Routine Stool Examination (RME).

• Gram Staining.

• Acid-Fast Bacilli (AFB) examination on Sputum.

• Blood Grouping and Rh Typing.

• Random Blood Sugar (RBS).

• Hepatitis B Surface Antigen (HBsAg), Anti-Hepatitis C Virus (Anti-HCV).

• Providing diagnostic reports and managing stock inventory.

• Specimen testing as per SOP.

• Maintaining equipment and reagents.

• Reporting routine and urgent tests and on time delivery of reports.

• Recording and storing of laboratory data.

• Maintaining health and safety regulations – infection prevention and waste disposal practices.

• Indenting for lab-ware and consumables.

• Must oblige by MCP, TIAHRT and Helms policy and maintain it strictly.

• Compiling activity reports and submitting them to relevant authorities.
