Job Responsibilities:
Provide primary health care and limited curative care at satellite and static clinics.
Provide ANC and PNC.
Access to emergency services, including a swift, affordable, an, affordable, and effective referral system.
Establish a community-based health services network through FCM.
Prepare field-level requisition (financial, medicine, and logistics) and submit it to Friendship Head Office.
Ability to organize health service in which increased access and availability of quality health care to the population in remote places.
Focuses on results for the client and responds positively to feedback
To prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual progress reports of the field
Maintain different types of registers (Patient register, Eligible Couple Register, Family Planning Register, Nutrition Register & ANC/PNC Register)
Activities:
Operation of satellite clinics and provision of primary care
Maternal and child healthcare services
Courtyard meetings and awareness sessions
Nutrition and hygiene demonstrations
Operation of static clinics
Organization of health camps
Candidates must hold a 3- or 4-year diploma from a 'MATS (Medical Assistant Training School)' and possess a valid, up-to-date registration certificate from the 'Bangladesh Medical and Dental Council (BMDC)'.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in preventive healthcare and nutrition activities within non-governmental organizations (NGOs).
