·         Planning & Design Implementation

·         Project Supervision & Management

·         Oversee Construction

·         Staff Supervision: Direct and manage labor, subcontractors, and site teams.

·         Schedule Management & Monitor progress against schedules and report delays.

·         Budget Control & Manage resources and costs to stay within budget.

·         Quality & Safety Assurance

·         Quality Control, inspect work, conduct tests, and ensure adherence to specifications.

·         Safety Compliance, Implement and enforce strict health, safety, and environmental regulations.

·         Communication & Reporting

·         Stakeholder Liaison & Coordinate with architects, clients, and other stakeholders.

·         Reporting: Prepare progress reports, daily site reports, and technical documentation.
