Must have knowledge of various construction works such as land development, pilings, building structure, Building Finishing.
Must have experience in Real Estate Sector & also have good knowledge of drawing & design.
Knowledge of AutoCAD-2D is expected.
Must have strong Communication & Management Skill.
Should be able to work under pressure.
Responsibilities & Context:
Supervision of all civil construction works.
Ensure completion of project as per schedule.
All kinds of supervision for structural & finishing work i:e Soil test, Building Layout, Piling (Precast/Situ), Load Test, Mat /Basement foundation, RCC Colum/lift/wall/ retaining wall, Brick work, Shuttering etc.
Prepare Estimate of all kind of materials as per drawing.
Prepare Bill of Contractor and Sub Contractor, certify the quantity and quality as per site execution.
