Additional Requirements:
  • Age At least 26 years
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in showroom management, automobile sales, or operations (automobile sector preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in both fluent English and native Bangla.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and customer-handling abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and achieve challenging sales targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM/ERP systems will be an added advantage.
  • Must be proactive, well-organised, and customer-focused, with a passion for delivering results.
  • Proof of experience required (experience certificates, documented achievements, or sales portfolio).


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Oversee and manage day-to-day showroom operations, ensuring a smooth workflow and a premium customer experience.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Handle customer queries, negotiations, and complaints with professionalism, ensuring a positive and trustworthy buying journey.
  • Monitor inventory, vehicle display standards, and showroom cleanliness, ensuring a presentable and customer-friendly environment.
  • Coordinate effectively with suppliers, dealers, and internal departments for timely vehicle sourcing, delivery, and after-sales support.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, prepare performance reports, and present updates to senior management.
  • Conduct regular staff training sessions to enhance sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service standards.
  • Ensure strict compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and ethical standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to boost showroom traffic, increase customer engagement, and maximize revenue.
