Additional Requirements: - 3–5 years of proven experience in showroom management, automobile sales, or operations (automobile sector preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
- Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication skills in both fluent English and native Bangla.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and customer-handling abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and achieve challenging sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM/ERP systems will be an added advantage.
- Must be proactive, well-organised, and customer-focused, with a passion for delivering results.
- Proof of experience required (experience certificates, documented achievements, or sales portfolio).
Responsibilities & Context: - Oversee and manage day-to-day showroom operations, ensuring a smooth workflow and a premium customer experience.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries, negotiations, and complaints with professionalism, ensuring a positive and trustworthy buying journey.
- Monitor inventory, vehicle display standards, and showroom cleanliness, ensuring a presentable and customer-friendly environment.
- Coordinate effectively with suppliers, dealers, and internal departments for timely vehicle sourcing, delivery, and after-sales support.
- Maintain accurate sales records, prepare performance reports, and present updates to senior management.
- Conduct regular staff training sessions to enhance sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service standards.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and ethical standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to boost showroom traffic, increase customer engagement, and maximize revenue.
