Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee and manage day-to-day showroom operations, ensuring a smooth workflow and a premium customer experience.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Handle customer queries, negotiations, and complaints with professionalism, ensuring a positive and trustworthy buying journey.
Monitor inventory, vehicle display standards, and showroom cleanliness, ensuring a presentable and customer-friendly environment.
Coordinate effectively with suppliers, dealers, and internal departments for timely vehicle sourcing, delivery, and after-sales support.
Maintain accurate sales records, prepare performance reports, and present updates to senior management.
Conduct regular staff training sessions to enhance sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service standards.
Ensure strict compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and ethical standards.
Develop and implement strategies to boost showroom traffic, increase customer engagement, and maximize revenue.
