Job Overview:
We are looking for a smart, active, and responsible individual to handle customer enquiries, generate leads, and support our sales team.
This role is very important as you will be the first point of contact for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to all customer enquiries (Facebook, WhatsApp, calls) quickly
• Generate and qualify leads (budget, car type, timeline)
• Maintain daily lead tracking system
• Assign leads to sales team and follow up
• Coordinate with partner dealers when required
• Ensure no enquiry is missed
• Support sales team in closing deals
• Maintain professional communication with customers
