Responsibilities & Context:

Key Responsibilities

  • Set weekly and monthly car sales targets in coordination with the manager.
  • Attend to all showroom walk-in customers and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Follow up on leads from Facebook, WhatsApp, phone calls, and walk-in visitors.
  • Pitch available vehicles and promotional offers to all interested customers.
  • Update and manage the lead tracking sheet (CRM/Google Sheet).
  • Generate daily and weekly lead reports for manager review.
  • Support the Sales team by nurturing shared leads.
  • Recommend ideas to improve showroom engagement.

Daily & Weekly Tasks

Daily Tasks:

  • Check all lead sources (Facebook, WhatsApp, call logs, visitor book).
  • Make follow-up calls and send WhatsApp messages.
  • Update the lead tracker with contact status and next steps on excel sheet.
  • Provide showroom-based customer support and vehicle information.

Weekly Tasks:

  • Set and review sales targets with the manager.
  • Submit weekly performance reports.
  • Analyze successful and missed leads to improve conversion.

Tools & Resources Provided

  • Google Sheet for tracking leads and sales.
  • WhatsApp Business account with pre-approved message templates.
  • Dedicated Carbdshop SIM Mobile for lead follow-up.
  • Printed brochures, vehicle catalogs and car accessories for customer reference.
  • Access to CarBD Shop’s car inventory and pricing information.

KPIs & Performance Metrics

  • Monthly Sales Target: 2-3 confirmed car bookings.
  • Daily Follow-up Requirement: Minimum 15–20 follow-ups via call/WhatsApp.
  • Lead-to-Sale Conversion Target: 10–15%.
  • Customer Engagement: Number of quality interactions per day.
  • Greet customers and understand their vehicle requirements
  • Recommend suitable models based on needs, budget & preferences
  • Present car features, specifications, fuel efficiency & market value
  • Arrange and assist test drives for customers
  • Convert showroom and online inquiries into successful sales
  • Negotiate pricing, overcome objections & close sales deals
  • Explain the instalment/loan process & evaluate customer payment capacity
  • Maintain strong follow-up to ensure timely payments from credit customers
  • Maintain database of walk-in & online leads and update daily reports
  • Build long-term relationships with existing and potential buyers
  • Execute showroom promotions & company marketing plans
  • Assist in showroom display setup and vehicle presentation
  • Participate in branding & promotional events when needed
  • Stay updated about car models, market prices & competitor trends
  • Perform any additional tasks assigned by management
