• Diagnostic Expertise: Strong knowledge of diagnostic and pathological tests, including:
o Molecular Diagnostics
o Flow Cytometry
o Histopathology
o Immunology
o Biochemistry
o Hematology
o Microbiology
• Clinical Literacy: Deep understanding of blood test reports, report review procedures, and standard diagnostic terminology.
• Stakeholder Communication: Ability to explain complex diagnostic procedures and test benefits professionally to doctors, corporate clients, and patients.
• Commercial Knowledge: Familiarity with diagnostic test pricing, MRP structures, health packages, and market competitiveness.
The selected candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, maintaining key relationships, and leading marketing operations.
1. Strategy & Business Growth
• Strategy Formulation: Develop and implement effective sales & marketing strategies to increase patient volume and revenue growth.
• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and yearly sales targets set by the management.
• Expansion: Discover and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships for service expansion.
2. Relationship Management & Client Care
• Networking: Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, and corporate clients.
• Market Interaction: Conduct regular market visits to promote diagnostic services and strengthen business networking.
• Client Retention: Ensure proper follow-up with corporate clients, referred patients, and key accounts.
3. Campaigns & Digital Branding
• Promotions: Plan and execute promotional campaigns, health packages, branding activities, and awareness programs.
• Digital Presence: Manage digital marketing activities, including Facebook promotions, online campaigns, and advertisement coordination.
• Compliance: Maintain strict company branding standards across all promotional materials and communications.
4. Operations, Leadership & Analytics
• Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and guide the sales & marketing team to improve overall performance and productivity.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with internal operations, reception, and medical teams to ensure smooth patient service and maximum satisfaction.
