∎ Promoting the brand & it's services to the visitors.
∎ Accomplishing daily consumer call target.
∎ Collecting & creating consumer database.
∎ Consumer nursing through telemarketing
∎ New consumer acquisition.
∎ Processing bill payments.
∎ Existing consumer consultancy & troubleshooting.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 20 years
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction
∎ Positive attitude and self-motivated
Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 (Monthly)
∎ Food Allowance BDT 1,500/- Monthly
Mobile Allowance 1,000/- Monthly credit balance
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Working days: 6
∎ Weekend: Tuesday
∎ Timing: 10 am - 7 pm
