∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
∎ Bachelor in any discipline
∎ Bachelor in Accounting Will get Preferable
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Regular Visit of Showroom all over the Country and supervise the duties and responsibilities of Workforce of Sales & Operations.
∎ Co-ordinate the entire operation activities of Showrooms for sales & sales promotion, follow-up product requisition and ensure proper distribution of products among the showroom.
∎ Develop a productivity improvement roadmap and take appropriate measures to increase sales operational efficiency and peoples' capacity development.
∎ Improve current monitoring, reporting and follow-up systems for sales & operations activities.
∎ Co-ordinate with and ensure maintenance works and branding of showrooms.
∎ Resolve the risk and dispute of Showrooms.
∎ Keep the Management update with daily sales volume and sales progress.
∎ Provide guidance & direction to the Showroom Managers and motivate Showroom people for sales target achievement and sales growth.
∎ Any other job as and when assigned by the management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, in both English and Bangla.
∎ Dynamic & Hard working.
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 35000 (Monthly)
