Experience:

• At least 2 years

• Diploma in Textile Engineering in Fashion Designing

• Diploma or degree in Fashion Design, Textile, Marketing, or any related field (preferred but not mandatory with sufficient experience).

• At least 2 years

• Age 20 to 30 years

• Prior experience in fashion design or garment retail (preferred).

• Strong sense of fashion trends and fabric selection.

• Knowledge of sourcing and supplier coordination.

• Experience with digital marketing and online sales platforms.

• Leadership skills with the ability to manage staff and operations.

• Creativity, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset.

We are a growing ready made garments shop specializing in stylish, high-quality clothing for modern customers. We are looking for a creative, responsible and proactive individual to join our team as a Designer & Manager, overseeing everything from design to sales.

• Design attractive and trendy dresses for our ready-made garment line.
• Select and source appropriate fabrics, trims, and accessories.
• Coordinate with suppliers and production units to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Oversee inventory and overall shop management.
• Plan and execute online marketing strategies across social media platforms.
• Manage customer relations both in-store and online.
• Monitor sales, provide reports, and suggest improvements.
