Required skills

• Communication and interpersonal: Ability to clearly explain product benefits, build rapport, and listen to customer needs.
• Persuasion and negotiation: Convince customers to purchase and effectively negotiate terms.
• Product knowledge: In-depth understanding of the products or services being sold.
• Time management and organization: Prioritize tasks and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
• Adaptability: Adjust strategies based on customer feedback and market demands.
• Technical proficiency: Often includes proficiency with CRM software to manage client information and track sales performance. 

• Customer needs analysis: Discuss with potential and existing customers to understand their needs, challenges, and goals.
• Product demonstration: Present and explain products or services to highlight their features and how they solve customer problems.
• Negotiation and closing: Negotiate prices and terms, and prepare sales agreements to close deals.
• Relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Sales reporting: Track sales activities and report on progress, often using CRM software.
