Skills Required: Blow Molding Machine,Injection Molding Machine
Additional Requirements:
- Age At most 45 years
Sound knowledge of plastic injection molding, blow molding, and extrusion processes.
Sound understanding of factory utilities, automation systems, and maintenance planning.
Must have mentality for shifting duty.
Proficient in reporting, planning, and team leadership.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Good communication and reporting skills in both English and Bangla.
Proficient in MS Office, ERP, and production-related software.
Responsibilities & Context:
Manage and monitor all production activities during the assigned shift.
Ensure smooth operation of machines and production processes (e.g., extrusion, injection molding, blow molding, etc.).
Supervise and guide operators, helpers, and support staff to meet daily production targets.
Maintain quality standards and minimize wastage, downtime, and defects.
Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams to address any operational issues.
Ensure shift-wise documentation including production output, raw material usage, and machine status.
Enforce health, safety, and cleanliness protocols within the production floor.
Report shifts performance and handover to the next shift and Production Manager.
Any other jobs assign by Production Manager.
