∎ Age 32 to 40 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and adhere to a production schedule to ensure efficient operations.
∎ Forecast the usage of raw materials (RM), premix, and packing materials.
∎ Confirm the availability of ingredients through the Supply Chain Management (SCM) department.
∎ Oversee RM dumping, grinding, and mixing processes according to the specified formula.
∎ Verify that QC specifications are met and production follows the established schedule.
∎ Inspect finished goods for size, shape, color, moisture, and Pellet Durability Index (PDI).
∎ Implement and maintain the First-In-First-Out (FIFO) system for RM usage.
∎ Regularly check the stock of finished goods item-wise.
∎ Accurately input data into ERP software.
∎ Monitor and manage the activities of subordinates to ensure compliance and productivity.
∎ Organize and conduct monthly training programs for staff development.
