Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Mechanical from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Mechanical Engineer
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Tiles/Ceramic

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for maintenance, repair and troubleshoot of the plant equipment.
∎ Responsible for periodic and schedule maintenance of all machinery and equipment of the plant.
∎ Troubleshoot and rectify faults during operation of the plants.
∎ Diagnose electro-mechanical faults and plant outages and recommend repair of equipment to the team accordingly.
∎ Assist to develop, update and maintain the SOP for maintenance of all machinery and equipment.
∎ Ensure proper monitoring & follow up routine for schedule maintenance, including break down maintenance, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting maintenance etc.
∎ Mechanical/Electrical related instrumentation & maintenance work.
∎ Co-ordinate with different production units for trouble shooting.
∎ Conduct preventive and periodic maintenance.
∎ Supervise duties and responsibilities of subordinates.
∎ Make an effort with full dedication at any emergency situation.
∎ Make a report to line managers and department head.
∎ Assist in regular maintenance related work of the plant.
∎ Maintain Spare parts.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Operation/Maintenance experience.
∎ Should have sincere, self-motivated, hardworking & honesty.
∎ Positive approach to critical situation handling.
∎ Computer proficiency.
