Educational Requirements:
∎ Post-graduation degree preferably in Islamic Studies/Arabic/Al-Fiqh from reputed university with no third division/class in any academic result.
∎ Must have sound knowledge in the Quran, Hadith, Fiqh and Islamic Economics/Finance.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to prepare yearly Audit plan and perform Shari'ah Audit of the branches and required departments, if applicable, following audit requirement by the Shari'ah Supervisory Committee and regulatory body.
∎ Responsible to prepare Shari'ah Report, preparation and submission of all kinds of audit reports and reply of all audit/ inspection both internal and external audit related with Islamic Wing portfolio.
∎ Responsible to ensure implementations of guidelines/recommendations given by the Shariah Supervisory Committee of the Bank.
∎ To conduct research on Shariah issues/new product and provide necessary assistance to management on compliances on Shariah principals, etc.
∎ Responsible for managing affiliations with external organization and institutions.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 years' experience as Sharia'ah Compliance Officer (Muraqib) in Islamic Banking including 07 years' experience in overall Islamic banking with proven track record.
∎ Applicant having break of service need not to apply.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Flexible about working hours, result driven and able to work independently to achieve assigned targets.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Computer literacy is a must.
∎ Age must not be over 40 years as of November 15, 2023.
