We are looking for candidate who has expertise on below.

1. Perform the required tasks to handle & manage sewing Production according to target.
2. Responsible for minimum 1 sewing lines production according to target.
3. Supervise and direct activities of sewing department to meet daily production target.
4. Verify line layout of individual style and adjustment through balancing of machine and skilled operatives.
5. Review the monthly sewing production schedule and work out plan to determine staffing and other resources requirements to meet the deadlines.
6. Monitor, control and utilization of men, machine and material for optimum productivity.
7. Handling sewing production activities and meet on time shipment deadline.
8. Maintain quality product for each style and no compromise with quality at everywhere.
9. Report on productivity, materials, inventory and reconciliation of individual style.
10. Lead and implement new technology and modern techniques to bring upon continuous improvement enhancing productivity and efficiency.
11. Lead safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace to ensure zero NC.
12. Ensure and maintain a clean and tidy site.
13. Establish effective communication with finishing and cutting manager to fulfill the order quantity and avoid any short shipment.

16. Carry out any other jobs as assigned from time to time.
17. Ensure hundred percent availability of human and other resources for his/her respective line.
18. Evaluate staff performance, ensure floor discipline, and identify training needs.

20. Team leader with proactive interpersonal skills.
