Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc in Electrical or Electronics Engineering/Telecommunication from any UGC-approved University
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Regularly monitor CS & PS CORE / ICX / IT / VAS network elements KPIs and perform analysis to identify technical issues in node level or site level
∎ Detailed analysis on identified issues and share observations & guidelines to the issues; track and follow up the issues until solved and do a pre-post analysis of the impact of the actions taken
∎ Design the appropriate KPI based reporting to several target groups about the Voice, Data & VAS Service Performance to track the changes of the network quality resulting from day-to-day operational activities
∎ Conduct Network Health Check reporting & Trend Analysis as part of continuous network monitoring to ensure service quality; Validate the rectification work through analyzing the KPI data and provide feedback
∎ Analyze/troubleshoot the issues communicated from Customer complaints/issues, BM & Reporting, Sales & Marketing input through a dedicated tool or any forum or individual
∎ Supports several technical teams by providing ways in performance improvement plans through detailed analysis of signaling traces for network issues.
∎ Play the pivotal role to identify the performance deviation in parameter level/ network entity level/with other MNOs/from a standard value using Performance KPI and Interface Data, rectify and validate the rectification work through analyzing the KPI data and provide feedback
Additional Requirements:
∎ 4-6 years of experience including 3-4 years of relevant experience in the Telecom Industry
∎ Expert knowledge of Core networks including SS7 signaling and different interface data analysis in GSM/UMTS/LTE.
∎ Experience in both PS & CS Core domains is preferable.
∎ Sound knowledge of IP Routing, International Roaming, Interconnection with ICX/IGW/IIG
∎ Strong familiarity with Core network KPIs & relevant fields, analytical skills in network problem-solving.
∎ Practical & sound knowledge in Database Management for Data Analysis
∎ Moderate experience in preparing smart & analytical presentations.
∎ Basic knowledge of Project Management.
