Job Responsibilities:
∎ Job Description
∎ Work as Shift in-charge/Lead to Monitor and understand of faults, alarms, traffic trend for both Access and Core Network Terminals, like - NSS, IN/VAS, IT, Transmission, 2G and 3G BTS of different vendors with more concentration to avoid missing any alarms.
∎ Guide to identify, Localize and Prioritize Network and BSS/IT/Digital domain faults and alarms and Notify and Escalate timely, according to escalation procedure, through SMS, Phone Call, E-mail etc.
∎ Inform, Issue and Manage trouble tickets for matured alarms as per the agreed timeframe to different regional offices & internal departments accordingly as a shift in charge
∎ Verify and analyze daily, weekly and monthly outages and alarms to identify root causes or frequent problem areas to identify viable solutions
∎ Evaluate quality of service of the network by analyzing customer usage levels, network utilization and service or traffic performance
∎ Quantitative analysis of faults/trend, identify issues and escalated to concern team for resolution.
∎ Supervise L1 troubleshooting and basic configuration activities for Network/BSS/IT domain
∎ Develop and implement new ideas and processes, tools/macros/automation for efficient reporting; Manage database and Store different format of daily data properly
∎ Coordination with internal & external stakeholders WITH the objective to ensure minimal network/services un-availability
∎ Manage different types of management reporting about network, services & availability status/trend.
∎ Incident & Change Management process governance

Additional Requirements:
∎ 6-8 years of relevant experience in GSM/Telecommunications sector
∎ Required Capabilities- Thorough knowledge of Network faults monitoring of 2G/3G/4G network elements
∎ Thorough understanding of GSM & IT domain technical aspects
∎ Thorough knowledge of telecom operations
∎ Ability to do roaster/24*7 shift duty
∎ Sound know how of telecom technologies and network equipment
∎ Capability to manage a team and shift as Shift Leader
∎ Knowledge about Incident & Problem Management process
∎ Knowledge about reporting
∎ Preferred Industry/Company- Telecommunications/IT
