Responsibilities & Context:

Job responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for xiaomi aftersale service operation in whole Bengal, to make sure the spare parts and units arrive on time for repairing, English is must

2. Be responsible for managing ASP in Bengal to make the process go smoothly ( mainly KPI monitoring, giving correct instructions, urgent issues solving)

3. Maintain good relationship with customers such as solve urgent issues, support on important business scenarios, hold on site meetings weekly

4. Maintain communications with inner department such as planning, warehouse and project to solve problems, can report issues on time to management

5. Keep open mind to improve existing progress for better management, can raise up the improvement plan

Job requirements:

1.Good at english communication

2.Having experiences in related or similar career background, same industry is perferred

3.Having experiences in overseas company or country

4.Responsible attitude, self driven

5.Easy going, good communication skill
