Brief Description: We are looking for a skilled Service Engineer with a decent experience in the animal & aqua feed industry. If you have hands-on troubleshooting experience of Feed Industry Machineries and a passion for solving technical challenges, we want to hear from you!

Key Job Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

• Ensure comprehensive support for customer plants, including preventive and corrective maintenance to maximize uptime.

• Lead installation, commissioning, and performance testing of new equipment and production plants.

• Provide on-site and remote troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of operational issues.

• Prepare service reports, commissioning protocols, maintenance records, and spare part recommendations, maintaining accurate system documentation.

• Act as technical liaison with customers, Bangladesh office, and global teams; support seamless project execution and after-sales service.

• Build strong client relationships, deliver training, ensure customer satisfaction, and adhere to safety, environmental, and industry standards.
