Brief Description: We are looking for a skilled Service Engineer with a decent experience in the animal & aqua feed industry. If you have hands-on troubleshooting experience of Feed Industry Machineries and a passion for solving technical challenges, we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities:

• Install machinery items at customer sites, ensuring proper setup and functionality.

• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections to maintain equipment performance.

• Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues, implementing timely repairs and adjustments.

• Serve as the primary technical contact for customer inquiries and service requests.

• Provide on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and training to customers and end-users.

• Respond to service calls and emergencies promptly, ensuring minimal downtime.

• Maintain accurate service records, including installation reports, maintenance logs, and repair documentation.

• Prepare service reports and documentation for customers and internal use.

• Ensure service activities comply with company standards, safety regulations, and industry best practices.

• Conduct quality inspections and tests to verify equipment performance and reliability.

• Implement corrective actions and improvements to enhance service quality.

• Coordinate with customer’s regarding parts and logistics teams to ensure availability of necessary parts and materials.

• Stay updated on new technologies, products, and industry trends related to machinery items.

• To carry out other related work assigned by management.

• Be flexible of switching between different work discipline if workload is needed in other Areas.
