∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science and Engineering
∎ Skills Required: Linux, Networking and Security Access control, Server Management, Windows Administration

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Performing all service desk activities – call logging, ticket categorization, incident handling, following-up and ticket closing thereby maintaining quality customer service.
∎ Computing support to end users regarding OS, network/internet connectivity, software, hardware etc.
∎ Giving administrative support to L1 for mail service, end-point solution.
∎ Preparing and delivering IT equipment to end users.
∎ Providing L1 support for business applications related issues and escalating to L2 level.
∎ Providing data backup & restoration support.
∎ Maintaining established process & practices for service management. Identifying and acting upon on improvement areas.
∎ Regular and ad-hoc operational reporting as required.
∎ Performing scheduled maintenance activity.
∎ Working in shift/ roster

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Vendor certification on Microsoft solution
∎ Good communication skill with decent phone etiquette.
∎ Ability to provide excellent customer service.
∎ Positive Team Player attitude.
