Job Responsibilities:
∎ Performing all service desk activities – call logging, ticket categorizing, incident handling, following-up and ticket closing, maintaining quality customer service.
∎ Computing support to end users regarding OS, network/internet connectivity, software, hardware etc.
∎ Providing L1 administrative support for mail service, end-point solution.
∎ Preparing and delivering IT equipment to end users.
∎ Providing L1 support for business applications related issues and escalate to L2 level.
∎ Ensuring data backup & restoration support.
∎ Maintaining established process & practices for service management. Identifying problems and acting for improvement.
∎ Performing regular and ad-hoc operational reporting as required.
∎ Performing scheduled maintenance activity.
∎ Working in shift/ roster.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Good communication skill with decent phone etiquette.
∎ Ability to provide excellent customer service.
∎ Positive Team Player attitude.
