∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform all service desk activities and incident handling on a daily basis and maintain quality customer service.
∎ Troubleshooting systems, OS, LAN/Internet, IT equipment, business applications related issues and escalate advanced cases
∎ Maintain established process & practices for service management.
∎ Responsible for prepare the daily operational Reports from system and manual for supervisor as per management required.
∎ Data backup & restoration support.
∎ Providing support internally and externally to our network and users via phone, email, remote access and onsite.
∎ Perform scheduled maintenance inspection
∎ Good phone etiquette, ability to provide excellent customer service.

∎ End user Problem solving related to service.
