Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree in any discipline.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensures general administrative functions as per company policy.
∎ Identifying operational issues and suggesting possible improvements.
∎ Demonstrates the ability to lead and manage staff.
∎ Demonstrates the ability to coordinate vehicle and equipment maintenance.
∎ Inspect sites regularly to identify problems and necessary maintenance.
∎ Maintain all inventory and equipment, and ensure proper storage.
∎ Complies with all health and safety regulations and practices on site.
∎ Conducts safety inspections as scheduled.
∎ Effective budgeting and performance management.
∎ Performs any other related work assigned by the management in related fields.
∎ Demonstrates excellent organizational skills with the ability to set and manage priorities and to work for meeting tight deadlines.
∎ Communicates and works effectively across teams with a variety of people both inside and outside of the organization.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Applicants must have sound knowledge and experience in Service Centre Supervision Duties.
∎ Applicants must have solid understanding of health and safety regulations and practices.
∎ Applicants must be fluent in English and Bangla Language
∎ Applicants must have general IT knowledge.
∎ Applicants must have sound knowledge on Microsoft Office Package.
∎ Applicants must have the ability to work under pressure, independently and handle multiple works altogether.
∎ Applicants must have good communication, problem solving, interpersonal and analytical skills.
∎ Applicants must have the "Can-Do" attitude.
