Job Context:
∎ Floor Service Assistant is responsible to ensure optimum customer satisfaction and availability of quality products & full fill in the shelf to maximize departmental performance and achieve desired business objectives. He/she is required to evaluate & improve himself day by day & adherence to SOPs on a continual basis & work towards achieving targets.
∎ Reports to Floor Supervisor / Sales Assistant - Outlet

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Operational/ Functional/ Business:
∎ Achieve the target departmental planned as per plan.
∎ Maintaining product availability by close liaison with supply chain & category team.
∎ Maintaining highest level of customer care in a reliable manner and motivated staff at all levels at all times with external and internal customers.
∎ Join daily departmental briefing on department's promotional activities, product availability, sales, merchandizing, price changes and shelf ticketing & tracking.
∎ Ensure standard display/merchandising for product traceability & visibility as per planogram and layout.
∎ Ensure right use of promotion price, display, communication, and service to customer.
∎ Maintaining specified highest standard of in-store hygiene, cleanliness, grooming and health and safety procedure at all time.
∎ Adhere the effectiveness of company's processes and procedures.
∎ Relationship:
∎ Internal - Supply Chain, Operations, Marketing & Other Support Team
∎ External -Suppliers / Vendors / Customers

Additional Requirements:
∎ 2-3 years working experience in retail industry is required
∎ Skill Sets:
∎ Good communication & interpersonal skills, leadership & team building qualities, analytical ability, proactive and hard working
∎ Working experience in different retail supermarket
∎ Key Success Factors:
∎ Achieving the departmental ABP targets in Sales, GP, GP%
∎ Reduce Stock Holding Days
∎ Adhere company's process and policies
∎ Product Availability
∎ Contribution to CSI
