Job Context:
∎ Quality Assistant is responsible for checking & controlling products quality, pricing, hygienic, cleanliness of the lavender stores as per company`s process and policy. The person is also accountable of marketing intelligence for continuous development.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Operational/ Functional/ Business:
∎ Checking and controlling products quality as per Lavender standard with comparing competitors and wet market.
∎ Checking and monitoring products display and merchandising with good visibility and fresh quality.
∎ Conduct market survey to collect price information to compare with competitors and wet market.
∎ Regular visit floor and central warehouse to report cleanliness, hygienic, safety, customer service, people's attitude etc. with prove document.
∎ Check and monitor availability comparison with market intelligence through competitors and wet market.
∎ Relationship:
∎ Internal - Supply Chain, Operations, team
∎ External - Suppliers / Vendors / Customers

Additional Requirements:
∎ 2-3 years working experience in retail industry is required
∎ Working experience in different retail supermarket
