Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify issues with crawling, indexing, site speed, Core Web Vitals, mobile-friendliness, and overall site health.
Fix and optimize technical issues, including broken links, redirects, sitemap errors, robots.txt, schema markup, canonical issues, and server-level problems.
Improve website structure, internal linking, and URL architecture to enhance search engine visibility.
Manage XML sitemaps, ensure proper indexing, and work with Google Search Console for diagnostics and issue resolution.
Perform advanced keyword research and competitor analysis to identify technical and off-page ranking opportunities.
Plan and execute off-page SEO strategies, including high-quality link building, digital PR outreach, and backlink audits.
Monitor and analyze SEO performance using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.
Identify and remove harmful/toxic backlinks, disavow when necessary, and maintain a healthy backlink profile.
Collaborate with development and content teams to implement SEO recommendations and improve site efficiency.
Stay updated with Google algorithm changes, industry trends, and SEO best practices.
