Job Context:
∎ Shuvo IT is a full-service Internet Marketing Agency, has an opening for an SEO Project Manager to join our team.
∎ The SEO Project Manager is responsible for managing multiple client accounts while adhering to strict campaign deadlines. This individual will need to have a strong work ethic to meet client needs and deliver desired results. This position is multi-faceted, with the ideal candidate being able to effectively manage their time while working on multiple projects in different stages.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage all aspects of the SEO campaign for clients.
∎ Problem solve client and team issues when needed.
∎ Regularly report on key metrics and project status to stakeholders across the organization.
∎ Work on deadlines to ensure client expectations are met.
∎ Adjust campaigns to enhance visibility and site optimization for clients.
∎ Effectively communicate and work with team members including a Project Assistant, Developers, Writers, and Link builders.
∎ Keyword Research & Strategy
∎ Prepare Project Plans
∎ Participate in optimization strategy planning / Ability to conduct a site audit: technical and content
∎ Coordinate consulting/strategy calls with client and SEO technical staff
∎ Track Campaign Progress and Report on progress
∎ Presents all deliverables sent to clients
∎ Educate clients on Best Practices and overall education of SEO
∎ Maintain an understanding of industry trends
∎ Communication to clients, team, and management on strategy/project development, timelines, and results
∎ Track impact of SEO and content initiatives, create and deliver recurring progress reports
∎ Define requirements, tasks, and resources associated with SEO strategy
∎ Manage and execute the implementation of SEO strategy
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 38 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ An ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
∎ 1+ years of experience in Project Management (ideally in an agency setting)
∎ 2+ years of professional experience in SEO with a proven track record of successfully developing and implementing SEO programs and significantly improving Organic Search performance for online businesses
∎ Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills
∎ Strong data analytics and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent attention to detail
∎ Working knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms and ranking strategies, and passion to stay abreast of news and trends in SEO and online marketing
∎ Strong HR and Team Management Skill is a plus.
∎ Responsive, Positive thinker, and Decision Making skills.
∎ Exceptional organizational skills
∎ Exposure to internet and searching activities
∎ Highly Organized with attention to detail
∎ Is a cooperative team player with the ability to lead and control team.
∎ Possesses strong business ethics, is reliable and dependable
∎ Have high energy, a confident manner
∎ Experience working with a number of SEO suites/tools: Screaming Frog, ahrefs, semrush, etc.
