∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Product design, Web Design, Web Developer/ Web Designer
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedback
∎ Creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes and mockups
∎ Translating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns and attractive user interfaces
∎ Maintain design principles in terms of accessibility, responsiveness, and user interaction.
∎ Designing UI elements such as input controls, navigational components and informational components
∎ Creating original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
∎ Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
∎ Collaborating effectively with product, engineering, and management teams
∎ Incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design in order to enhance user experience

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ 5-8 years working experience in designing a range of digital products (apps, websites, and software) across platforms (mobile, tablet, desktop), ideally for a large audiences or similar role with proven track records.
∎ Proficiency in design software including industry standard design tools (e.g. Figma, Balsamiq, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe XD, etc. with an interest in exploring new tools and processes)
∎ Familiar with iOS/Android design specifications.
∎ Skills and knowledge in front-end development/web development technologies such as HTML/HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, wordpress, php and Responsive Web Design will be an added advantage.
∎ Research and showcase knowledge in the industry’s latest trends and technologies.
∎ Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
∎ Ability to learn new tools and technologies, self-starter and good team player
