Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Customer Service: Providing personalized service to clients, understanding their travel needs, and offering suitable travel solutions, including flights, accommodations, and activities.
∎ Booking and Reservations: Making reservations for flights, hotels, rental cars, cruises, and other travel services. This includes managing bookings, issuing tickets, and ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
∎ Destination Knowledge: Having expertise in various destinations to provide recommendations and advice to clients regarding places to visit, activities, local customs, and travel restrictions.
∎ Sales and Upselling: Promoting additional services or upgrades to enhance the client's travel experience and increase sales revenue.
∎ Problem Solving: Assisting clients with any travel-related issues, such as flight cancellations, rescheduling, or itinerary adjustments.
∎ Documentation and Compliance: Ensuring clients have all necessary travel documents, such as passports and visas, and advising on entry requirements for different destinations.
∎ Research and Planning: Staying updated on travel trends, deals, and new destinations to offer innovative and attractive travel packages.
∎ Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
∎ Handling Payments: Managing financial transactions, including processing payments and refunds.
∎ Team Collaboration: Working closely with other travel consultants and travel agencies to coordinate complex itineraries or group travel.
