Experience:
Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Excellent verbal communication skills with a confident and persuasive phone manner.
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand client needs and offer appropriate solutions.
Sound knowledge of airline ticketing, travel products, and international destinations (preferred).
Ability to handle objections, customer complaints, and challenging situations professionally.
Target-driven attitude with experience working toward sales KPIs and performance goals.
Proficiency in computer applications, CRM systems, and booking platforms (GDS knowledge is an advantage).
Strong organizational and follow-up skills with the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
Ability to work under pressure, including night shifts and peak sales periods.
Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to contribute to business growth.
It`s a full time Job, Working hour :
For Male :
Shift A : 1PM - 10PM
Shift B : 9PM - 6AM
For Female :
Shift B : 10AM - 7PM
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls professionally with the objective of converting inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Identify customer needs quickly and recommend suitable travel solutions, including flights, holiday packages, visas, hotels, and ancillary services.
Actively promote and upsell travel products to maximize revenue and meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
Provide accurate information on international destinations, fares, travel regulations, weather, and travel trends to support effective sales conversations.
Follow up systematically with leads, quotations, and existing clients to close sales and generate repeat business.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partner travel agencies to drive ongoing sales.
Handle customer objections, complaints, and service issues in a professional manner to protect revenue and customer retention.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, bookings, and sales activity in the system.
Monitor personal sales performance and prepare regular sales and call-activity reports for management.
Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery of services after sales confirmation.
Employees assigned to night shifts will receive a night shift premium in accordance with company policy.
Sales-based commission will be provided to eligible employees as per the company`s existing commission structure and policy.
